IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Age requirements: earlobe piercings for children ages 5+; ear cartilage piercings for teens 14+; nostril or septum piercings for teens 15+
- Parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor at the piercing appointment.
- Minor ID Requirements: current photo ID for both parent and child; if different last names, original birth certificate or court-issued paperwork required.
- Jewelry: outside jewelry for new piercings not allowed; re-use of flat-back style jewelry allowed if from Fiat Lux and top is solid 14k gold or platinum

SERVICE FEES AND JEWELRY COST:
- Reservation Fee: $50 (to hold reservation and refunded at your appointment)
- Service Fee: $35 per lobe piercing and $55 per any above lobe piercing
- Jewelry Cost: decorative top from $79 per piece; and $150 per piece for 14k gold labret and $20 per piece for implant-grade titanium labret
